Sharing phase and definition of the export strategy and objectives, choosing the markets where to carry out the sales.

Once the objectives have been defined, the TES® will proceed to the creation of the Action Plan, a real operational plan with individual activities and objectives to be achieved.

At this stage, the Export Manager will also be responsible for suggesting any improvements in terms of communication and marketing, and preparing of any advertising material (company profile, brochure, website, in the given language).
