To have success in the exportation means being able to settle an effective and long-lasting strategy, by creating a sales network in the chosen markets.
Through an accurate and in-depth analysis of the existing context, the desired objectives, the markets, the distribution channels and the competitors, the Temporary Export Specialist will outline the most effective strategy and action plan, always oriented towards the realization of sales.

In this phase the TES will share and define the export strategy and objectives, choosing the markets where to increase your sales.
Once the objectives have been defined, the TES® will proceed to the preparation of the Action Plan, a real operational plan with individual activities and objectives to be achieved.
At this stage, the Export Manager will also be responsible for suggesting any improvements in terms of communication and marketing, and preparing any necessary marketing material (company profile, brochure, website, in the given language).

Development of activities aimed at pursuing sales objectives.
The Temporary Export Specialist® will therefore take on all the preparatory activities for the generation of commercial contacts, the finalization of commercial negotiations, and the creation and coordination of a sales network on the chosen markets.
This phase is a “continuous cycle” and is monitored through innovative tools that regularly allow to optimize and improve the performance of the Temporary Export Specialist®
